newsgroup has been consistently plagued with similar claims made by
various spamvertisers, troll farm operatives, etc., that they would
"protect" users from big brother's all-seeing eyes; such are common
storefront schemes devised to entrap the unwary into likely trouble
against the gubmit . . . claims without proof are for the religious
