They aren't /dev/null they are working email
addresses I have used them in the past when I had
issues with Cloudflare.

Other than that you would have to submit an abuse
complaint via their form at

These only reaches their ignore bots. You need to reach

but they will onyl eventually react on phishing websites, terrorism or
child porn. Every other complaint is ignored...
